If Forward CRM isn't right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of any charge — no questions asked. This applies to monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and any add-on purchases.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record for all Forward CRM purchases. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you purchased with.
- Or email hello@forwardcrm.app and we'll arrange it for you.
After the refund window
After 30 days we generally don't issue refunds, but if something is genuinely broken or you were charged in error, email us — we'll make it right.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Plan & billing. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights you have under applicable law (including EU/UK rights of withdrawal where they apply).
